**Job description**

1. Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences

of tech recruiters. Find the existing practice, Products used, price points, and winning factors

for specific customers

for specific customers.

2. Implement a Marketing Plan: Drive a mix of online and offline marketing activities. This can

platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to promote the product and generate buzz. Run targeted

campaigns to reach recruiters and HR professionals.

3. Customer interaction: Engage with early customers to understand the pain point. And

push the development team to address the issues.

4. Attend Industry Events: Attend industry events and conferences to promote products and

network with potential customers and partners. Generate leads. Follow through to make leads

mature.

5. Publication Create articles and post and publish on different platforms like mediums, LinkedIn, etc..

Stipend 10,000 to 25,000 per month.

**Knowledge of SaaS products, Developer hiring practices is a definite plus.**
