**JOB DESCRIPTION MARKETING EXECUTIVE**

**We are searching for an ambitious, experienced Marketing Executive who is highly adept at devising successful sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients**

**You would be responsible for overseeing the promotion of sales on various advertising platforms, as well as formulating sales propositions and project briefings.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **To analyze project market potential and to prepare strategies for various business segments for projects to result in the business.**
- **Meet prospective customers and promote Architectural Design and Build solutions**
- **Collaborate with Architects / Consultants / Specifiers with proposals, technical design solutions, budgetary costs, and specifications from the design stage.**
- **To generate, manage, analyses, monitor and utilze effectively the data related to the project customer's enquiries and project information and work upon in the field to convert in to sales.**

- **Good communication, Time Management & Presentation Skills**
- **Proven experience as marketing executive in similar role**
- **Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods**
- **Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices**
- **Excellent communication and people skills**
- **Strong organizational and time-management abilities**

**SALARY : 20K TO 25K**

**EXPERIENCE**

**Minimum 2 to 3 years**

**LOCATION: MOHALI 82 SECTOR**

**INTERVIEW LOCATION -KURANWALA DERABASSI BARWALA ROAD**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
