Good Technical knowledge in handling Composites Material and Products
- Good Knowledge in procurement practices for Composites Material and Products
- To establish & handle EPC (Sub system / System) kind of contract with suppliers / partners
- Evolving right terms and conditions for Procurement of EPC (Sub-System / System ) projects
- Strong commercial knowledge
- Risk assessment, analysis and mitigation for such kind of contracts.
- Ensure compliance to requirement of corporate, regulatory, QMS Guidelines
- Converting requirement in to Enquiry and floating to vendors, work out techno commercial comparison and negotiation with supplier
- Knowledge of procurement of Fabrication, machining, Bought out / Std parts, System /Sub-systems as per project requirements
- Monitor and improve the suppliers performance with respect to Cost, Delivery and Quality
- Hands on experience in MS office (Word / Excel / Power point ) & ERP system like BAAN / SAP
- Domain knowledge in ISO9001 and AS9001 systems preferred
- Ready to work in challenging environment, resolve Vendor related techno-commercial issue in co-ordination with team members of other functions
- Good communication skills, self driven, good trouble shooter
- Costing and price analysis, Vendor performance analysis
