Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
Oversee daytoday construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Monitor progress and address delays or challenges promptly.

Team Coordination:
Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and other site personnel.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

Conduct regular safety inspections and address any noncompliance issues.

Quality Assurance:
Inspect work at various stages to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Address and rectify any deficiencies in workmanship.

Reporting:
Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and other stakeholders.

Communicate any siterelated issues or challenges that may impact the project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,655.14 - ₹24,478.21 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
