**We are hiring for our client MNC Bank Poonamallee, Chennai Loacation.**

They should have knowledge in desktop and laptop both hardware and software service, printer service, server and networking.

IT Hardware - Desktop Laptop, End user Computing support

Knowledge of Networking will be added advantage

Trouble shooting at L2 Level for Desktop, Laptops, Printers and Networking Experience in Maintenance of IT Infrastructure at in house.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.

Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.

Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

Advising on software or hardware upgrades.

Providing basic training in computer operation and management.

Completing job reports and ordering supplies.

**Trouble Shooting of**:

- Assist in providing resolution management to all users’ technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain office IT infrastructure.
- Must have Good knowledge in Windows server, and client administration
- LAN/WAN administration, Server Administration
- Installation, configuration and administration for windows client operating systems.
- Installation, configuration and administration of Network printers
- Ensure backup activity and Define backup strategies
- Monitoring Leased lines and Telephone, Trouble Tickets, Follow-up till restoration.

**Responsible for IT Vendor management**:
Fresh AMC, Renewal, Purchase of IT Equipment’s, Leased lines, Telephone line), Proper maintenance and functioning of office network and Systems, Technical support for end users, conferencing systems management, Access control and CCTV management, IT Asset management and Stock maintaining.

**Experience**:
2 to 5 years IT - Infra supporthardware and Networking

1 to 3 Years Technical Support Occupations
