- Prepare bids according to company needs Prepare documents according to the Bid
- Should be able to create a profile in Government-E-Marketplace (GEM) (complete profile registration)
- Should be able to update product/service catalog in GEM portal
- Good knowledge of Government Tender Online & Offline Filling, Should have the Knowledge of submission of Bids like bunch bid, Reverse bid, custom bid & Normal Bid.
- Knowledge of gem portal, product & Services registration & bidding
- Tender bidding to execution & payment collection. Etc
- Keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from the tender floating stage up to award of work.
- Tender Search, Notification, Bid preparation, and tender/Bid Submission through Manual/E-Tendering/GeM.
- Must have Experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities through Government e-Market Place (GeM) from Central & State Govt, PSUs
- Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events, holidays, and vacations
- Assume the role of the primary point of contact between the executives and vendors
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Assessing & Evaluating Pre-Qualification criteria and Technical Capabilities for the given tenders.
- Interaction, Negotiation, Pre and Post bid meetings with clients.
- Designing/Preparing tenders-related queries and documents.
- Interaction with OEM's and other stakeholders to provide an optimum solution to the client as per their requirements.
- Managing the entire bidding cycle till the submission of a bid.
- Status follow-up of the Tender post bid submission.
