INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY (ISRA) is a not-for-profit organization registered under the Indian Trust Act, which is led by a mix of individuals from Social, Educational, Industrial, and corporate backgrounds. There is a sound advisory body that keeps monitoring the progress and advises the board for necessary action. ISRA endeavors to promote women's leadership, and therefore, women from several walks of life have an important leadership role in ISRA. Further, ISRA also encourages young talent and therefore always looks for the opportunity to promote such young talent, who are hardworking and can deliver as per the requirements of communities. **Job Description: Social Work Intern**

**About the Role**:
ISRA is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual for the role of Social Work Intern for its **Delhi Office**. The Intern will play a vital role in ISRA's initiatives and programs aimed at promoting sustainable livelihoods and community development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist field staff in their daily tasks and activities, which may include conducting surveys, and organizing events.
- Help with documentation and record-keeping related to fieldwork and community engagements or any projects.
- Support the organization's mission by expanding its reach and engagement through social media platforms. This involves actively promoting the organization's goals and values to a wider audience. Interns are encouraged to introduce innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with the organization's mission and values.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide assistance in areas where needed, such as research, program development, or administrative tasks.

Note: Intern responsibilities will be based on their area of interest, ensuring a diverse, learning environment and enriching experience for all.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Understanding of local contexts, cultural dynamics, and social issues in Delhi.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse community members.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Commitment to ISRA's values and mission, with a passion for social justice, community empowerment, and sustainable development.
