- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for service development.
- Revival for old customers database.
- Follow up with incoming leads.
- Generate prospects over the phone.
- Responsible for Outbound calls to the customers from the given database.
- Responsible for giving product updates to the clients.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and concerns over a chat.
- Uses effective selling techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales results.
- Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for services.

**Education/Experience**

**Skill sets**:

- Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy Presentation Skills.
- Client Relationships Handling
- Reporting skills, Emphasizing Excellence, Convincing skills required.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skill.
- Should Speak English Fluently

**Job Location**: Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
