**About the Company**:
Pradhan Industries is a reputed natural graphite mining and beneficiation company operating in Odisha for over 40 years. With continuous expansion and upgradation across our plants, we are looking for an experienced and reliable **Mechanical Foreman** to lead the mechanical maintenance activities across multiple sites. This is a **key leadership role** responsible for smooth mechanical operations and asset reliability at the plant.

**Position: Mechanical Foreman**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all **mechanical maintenance and repair works** of plant machinery and equipment such as crushers, screens, ball mills, agitators, pumps, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, fans, and pipelines.
- Plan, organize, and monitor **routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance** to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with the **plant manager and production team** for daily machine running status and shutdown planning.
- Guide and manage a team of **mechanical fitters, helpers, and contract workers** at site.
- Ensure proper **alignment, fitting, welding, greasing, oiling, and replacement of spare parts**.
- Maintain a checklist of all rotating and static equipment - ensure **daily inspections** and timely upkeep.
- Prepare and maintain **daily maintenance logs**, equipment reports, and spare consumption records.
- Maintain **inventory of spare parts and tools**, and raise indents for required items well in advance.
- Ensure **adherence to safety protocols** while performing mechanical work, especially during shutdowns.
- Support in the **erection, installation, and commissioning of new mechanical systems** in greenfield or expansion projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, service engineers, and suppliers for technical support and AMC jobs.
- Report regularly to the **Plant Head / Maintenance Head** on mechanical issues, pending jobs, and improvement suggestions.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Fitter Trade (Foreman Training Certificate preferred).
- Minimum **8-15 years of relevant experience** in mechanical maintenance in process or mineral/graphite beneficiation plants.
- Strong technical knowledge of **rotating and static equipment**.
- Must be capable of handling site independently and managing a team under pressure.
- Should be well-versed in **reading mechanical drawings, preventive maintenance plans**, and plant layout.
- Ability to work extended hours during breakdowns and shutdowns.
- Familiarity with **tools, lubricants, welding, cutting, and fitting techniques**.

- Physically fit and alert.
- Willing to **stay at the site** full-time if required.
- Should follow safety and compliance standards strictly.
