**Job description**
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Preparing & maintaining the record of all tenders/bids for participation, tender submission, checking status etc. till its final outcome.
- Preparing Quotations for Client / Quotation Follow up with Client / Invoicing/ Customer E-mail updates and follow up
- Maintain organized sales records and report to the senior management team
- Track the daily activities of the sales team
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
- Proficient in office tools like Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- The ability to multitask, works in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
