**Principal Product Designer**

**What you’ll do on the job**:

- Own end-to-end UX process based on existing product vision and business requirements
- Develop strategy for product design, and user research
- Take part in ideation, planning, and prioritization of our diverse range of products & features keeping the short and long-term goals of the organization in mind
- Create detailed workflows, information hierarchies, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and other UX deliverables
- Work with other members of the Design team to help them deliver great work and develop their own skills. This could be as a mentor, a coach, or a collaborator.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
- Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self
- organisation, and diversity
- Learn new software, processes, and skills as we scale and build a world class UX Team

**Who’ll be a good fit**:

- 10+ years of experience in product design including end-to-end execution, with a proven track record from B2B / B2C successes.
- A well-rounded portfolio of work, demonstrating a strong understanding of product design and UX.
- Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
- Has a proven history of solving complex problems through User experience design to achieve measurable business results.
- Demonstrated experience with one or more visual design tool, such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch
- Proficiency in responsive web designing and knowledge about HTML and CSS
- Experience in building highly scalable Enterprise SaaS software is a big plus.
- Good communication skill and the ability to present your work to peers across disciplines.
- Has a flare for leveraging technology and data to craft efficient and engaging experiences
