⠀Craftsman - Slitting Qualification - Any Diploma Experience required - 3 years in Slitting Number of position - 01 Purpose of job Operating slitting machine in the shifts and responsible for producing quality outputs as per the Production plan given. Meeting the production targets and following SOP as per ISO 9001-2008, 22000, BRC, IOP quality management system and 5S + S so as to maintain productivity, quality and 5S +S levels. Job Responsibilities: Operating Slitting, Coil rewinding machines at the optimum speeds so as to achieve the targets given for the respective shift. Offline Activities such as core, rolls & pallet availability. Setting of jobs as per JSS. Process parameter setting. Online & offline quality checks. Diameter Sensor & its position setting. Ball lock cleaning. Self certification of output for quality weighing of output from machine. Record Keeping: Log book and ERP entry. Following all quality standards in practice & required documentation. Compliance to the requirements of Food Safety Management System. Keeping machine and its accessories healthy and in case of deviation reporting it to Engineering Keeping machines clean and maintaining Housekeeping in the surrounding area. Following safe work practices during working & making use of safety devices in practice. Technical Knowledge Machine start up procedure Knowledge of flagging system, job approval & job closing. Knowledge of diameter sensing Knowledge of all jobs & customer needs Knowledge about Quality standards in practice. Knowledge about Food Safety Management System. Knowledge about slitting, Lamination, print and raw material defects Basic knowledge of Computer (word, excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Fire alarm, firefighting instruments & first aid. Knowledge & usage of required safety PPEs
