**Roles and Responsibilities**
Internal Financial Control -FRR Role with leading private bank**About the Role:
- **
- Being a IFC FRR Team member, performing IFC - FRR assessment for the units allocated which includes Test of Design, Test
- of Effectiveness of controls, identification of new / existing FRR for product / process changes, review of UAT / automation
- implementations for FRR impact; timely highlighting design & effectiveness level issues to the management for corrective
- actions.**Key Responsibilities:
- **
- 1. Perform Process Walkthrough for allocated areas
- 2. Perform Test of Design (TOD) to check whether designed of the control is adequate to mitigate potential / assessed risk
- 3. Perform Test of effectiveness (TOE) to ensure that designed controls are operating effectively throughout the audit
- period
- 4. Identifying root cause and financial impact of audit findings & suggest
- 5. Reporting of observations to Process Owners, Senior Management & Audit committee
- 6. Objective is to ensure that there are adequate controls for all potential financial risk
- 7. Identifying and assessing design for system enhancements, BRDs, UAT, etc related to various systems
- 8. All new product & processes to be reviewed from FRR control perspective & design implementationLocation:
