**Project Coordinator/ Social Media Expert/ Digital Marketing Coordinator**

As a lead, you're will be responsible for:

- Organizing, planning, and executing events, interactions and activities on daily basis.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients.
- Collaborating and overseeing the work flow of external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
- Evaluating and monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Supporting the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs and coordinating with respective teams for deliverables.
- Researching and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and measure web traffic.
- Define most important social media KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts including strategies and best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- A team player with ability to work independently.
- 2-3 years of work experience in the Marketing industry as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Strategist, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent (will be preferred)
- Basic Insurance Business knowledge or similar roles handled (will be preffered)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
