**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven **Architect** to join our dynamic in-house team. This is a **full-time, on-site** role based in **Bangalore**. The Architect will play a pivotal role in **project design, coordination, and execution** across our residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support architectural design from **concept to completion**
- Prepare **detailed construction drawings**, 3D models, and design presentations
- Coordinate and manage **multi-disciplinary teams** including MEP consultants, structural engineers, and contractors
- Monitor **project schedules, budgets, and quality standards**
- Handle **municipal & regulatory approvals** with relevant authorities
- Manage software-based project workflows and digital documentation
- Conduct **site visits, inspections, and quality audits** throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in client presentations, reviews, and meetings for design approvals
- Ensure alignment with project vision, client expectations, and Chris Group standards

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture or design firms
- Advanced proficiency in architectural software:

- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Lumion, Enscape, or other 3D visualization tools
- MS Office for reports and documentation
- Strong understanding of **building codes, local bye-laws, NBC, and fire regulations**
- Proficiency in **project coordination and construction documentation**
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills for design and site-related challenges
- Excellent **communication, collaboration, and presentation skills**
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines
- LEED Certification or exposure to **green building practices** is an advantage
