**Job Description: Advertising & Subscriptions Executive**
- Drive advertising sales for the magazine by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively pursuing subscription and advertising sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with current advertisers and subscribers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects, promoting subscriptions and advertising opportunities to relevant industries and individuals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the magazine's target audience, industry trends, and competitors to effectively pitch products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for subscriptions and advertising sales.
- Prepare sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate new leads and expand the magazine’s reach.
- Assist in creating subscription offers, advertising packages, and presentations tailored to clients' needs.
- Billing and Follow Up with Clients
- Account and Sales Data Management
- Closely Working with Marketing & Sales Head

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience working in a trade magazine or B2B sales environment is advantageous.
