### **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**: Supervise and manage the manufacturing processes for Ayurvedic products, ensuring adherence to Ayurvedic formulation standards and GMP guidelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct and monitor quality control checks on raw materials, intermediate, and finished products to ensure product safety and efficacy.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and thorough records of production batches, ingredients, and quality control results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and production teams to ensure smooth and compliant production flow.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with Ayush and FDA guidelines, ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements for labeling, packaging, and ingredient sourcing.
- **Troubleshooting**: Address and resolve any issues arising during production or quality control processes to minimize product deviations.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain optimal levels of raw materials and components for consistent production flow.

## **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BAMS or B. Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum [X years] of experience in an Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical manufacturing setup preferred.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of Ayurvedic principles, herbal formulations, GMP guidelines, and quality control standards.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
