**SAP GRC Expert: Secure Systems. Empower Governance. Enable Growth.**

Pentoz is seeking a skilled **SAP GRC Expert** to lead the design, implementation, and management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks that safeguard our fast-scaling digital infrastructure. You’ll help us build trust, ensure compliance, and automate risk mitigation across every layer of the enterprise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and support SAP GRC modules**:Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), Risk Management, and Audit Management**:

- Design risk-based access controls, SoD (Segregation of Duties), and workflow-driven access provisioning
- Collaborate with IT security, audit, and compliance teams to align GRC strategy with regulatory and internal requirements
- Configure automated controls, continuous monitoring, and user access reviews
- Provide regular reporting and insights on access violations, risks, and mitigation plans

**You Bring**
- 4+ years of experience working with **SAP GRC solutions** in complex enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of **Access Risk Analysis**, Emergency Access Management, and role design
- Hands-on experience integrating GRC with **SAP ECC/S4HANA, Fiori, and Identity Management tools**:

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹213,089.07 - ₹586,769.49 per year
