**Position**: SEO Executive

**Location**: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)

**Shift**:Day-Time. [10 AM to 7 PM, Monday To Saturday]

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Year.

We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive to join our team. This full-time on-site position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities to work on exciting projects with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to client websites.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to align with SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Manage and execute off-page SEO activities, including link building and outreach campaigns.
- Create and present SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Assist in the development of content strategies that support SEO goals and improve user engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Familiarity with HTML and web design principles is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is advantageous.
- Knowledge of local SEO and eCommerce SEO practices is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is beneficial.
