Transport Supervisor

Vehicle Sourcing/ Vehicle placement Contacts
- MIS Reporting (Daily trip details/Kms tracking/POD tracking etc.)
- POD collection/Checking and clear any discrepancies in the POD with the customer/transporter
- Visit transport office/hub on demand to collect/hand over bills/POD etc.
- Helps HO accounts to share accurate data for billing
- Send payment request for trips and alert for balance settlement on receipts of POD
- Document collection required for finance to clear payments like PAN, Bank details etc.
- Helps accounts to submit quotations etc. (data collection for quotation preparation)
- Visit vendors/customers and establish a good relationship with them for future expansions/timely billing clearing etc

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manjeri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Transportation management: 2 years (preferred)
- Transportation planning: 1 year (preferred)
