- Operating and Monitoring Machinery: Setting up and operating production machinery, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Performing regular quality checks on products, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving minor machine malfunctions or issues during production.
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Record Keeping: Documenting production data, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any significant issues.
- Collaboration:working with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Skills Required:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment, understanding of production processes, and knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues with machinery and production processes. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members, supervisors, and other personnel.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks, including quality checks and record-keeping.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing production demands and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,056.57 - ₹20,724.89 per month
