Environment monitoring of classified areas of production or microbiology laboratory, observations of Environment monitoring plates and feed data in Trend analysis.
- Growth promotion of inhouse and ready to use media.
- Identification of microorganisms by available method.
- Bacterial endotoxin test of in-process samples.
- Swab analysis of surface monitoring.
- Disinfectant efficacy test as per SOP and related reporting.
- To record the raw data of analysis in respective protocols and reports before submission for verification to Superior / Head of Department.
- To perform and maintain calibration records, media preparation, growth promotion test records and other related documents of microbiology section.
- To maintain and handle the microbial cultures as per SOP.
- To maintain the workplace neat and tidy and follow GLP requirements religiously.
- To follow the SOPs related to Quality control activities and operations.
