**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement scalable MuleSoft solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on MuleSoft best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all integration activities.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards in MuleSoft implementations.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align integration solutions with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills in MuleSoft technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new integration projects.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity and Integration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing MuleSoft Application Networks.
- Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Communicate fluently in English both written and verbal.
- Display strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
**Certifications Required**
MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
