**Program Implementation**:Oversee the implementation of the MSME ZED program within the designated block.
Coordinate and plan program activities, workshops, and awareness campaigns to promote ZED certification among local MSMEs.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government agencies, industry associations, and business support organizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create a supportive ecosystem for the program and ensure alignment with local policies and initiatives.

**Assessment and Certification**:Conduct assessments and evaluations of MSMEs within the block seeking ZED certification.
Assist MSMEs in preparing the necessary documentation and meeting ZED program requirements.
Coordinate assessments with accredited assessment agencies to ensure compliance with ZED standards.

**Capacity Building**:Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building programs for MSMEs to enhance their knowledge of quality management and environmental sustainability.

**Monitoring and Reporting**:Regularly monitor the progress and performance of the MSME ZED program within the block.
Prepare reports on the program's impact, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Maintain records of certified MSMEs and their progress.

**Resource Allocation**:Manage program resources efficiently, including budgeting, personnel, and materials, to ensure the effective implementation of the ZED program.

**Promotion and Marketing**:Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase MSME participation in the ZED program.
Raise awareness of the benefits of ZED certification among local businesses.

**Qualifications**:

- +2 Above
- Knowledge of quality management systems, environmental sustainability, and MSME development.
- Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local government policies and initiatives related to MSMEs.
- Understanding of ZED program standards and requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Fresher
Contract length: 60 months

**Salary**: ₹8,570.00 - ₹20,959.16 per month
