**Job responsibilities**

2. Conducting market analysis and observing trends in the market

3. Collaborating with the team to ensure the successful execution of designs

4. Building and maintaining relationships with producers and artisans to ensure the quality

5. Analyzing social and environmental impact of products

**Required Skills**:
1. Strong knowledge of têxtile, arts and craft of Bengal

2. Excellent creativity and design skills

3. Knowledge of required software, such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, to develop designs digitally

4. Attention to detail to ensure required quality

5. Knowledge and experience of working with artisans for high-quality and handmade products.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**

1. Education: Any appropriate qualification.

2. Proven relevant work experience (minimum 3 years)

The work will involve job related travel to different locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
