Video Editor

**Job Overview**:
As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in conveying the impactful stories and initiatives of our mission to a global audience. Through your expertise in video editing, you will craft compelling narratives that highlight our efforts in providing free Nutrition, Education, and Healthcare to underserved communities across more than 30 countries.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that aligns with project requirements and creative vision.
- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer) to create professional-quality videos.
- Add effects, graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Ensure that all video content is optimized for various platforms, including social media channels and YouTube etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technical requirements and best practices in video editing and production techniques.
- Manage and maintain video files and archives for easy access and retrieval.
- Ingest and manage/organize media according to agreed upon workflow
- Sync/Group multi-cam rushes where applicable
- Work closely with other team members, including videographers, graphic designers, and content creators, to ensure seamless integration of video content into overall marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation of video content for social media platforms, including short-form videos optimized for mobile viewing.
- Edit and enhance videos shot on mobile devices to meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software, either Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, or Avid Media Composer.
- Solid understanding of video editing techniques, including colour correction, audio editing, and at least a basic understanding of motion graphics.
- Experience with animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging social media videos that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A good understanding of file formats and various media codecs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A good command of the English language.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
