**Job Profile: Operations Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Creating a PowerPoint presentations as an when required basis business requirement.
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
- Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources.
- Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
- Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Managing budgets and preparing financial reports for senior management.
- Planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Need Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience
- Bachelor's is a must
- Location - Mumbai (Malad)
- 5 days Working/ 2 weekoffs
- 24*7 shifts (work from office)
- Package - upto 7.5lpa
- Looking for immediate joiners

(PICK AND DROP SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Operations Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
