**Urgent Hiring: Safety Officer - High Priority Position**

We are urgently hiring for the position of **Safety Officer** for our **ABB Project** at **BALCO, Korba location**.

**Location**: BALCO, Korba
**Project**: ABB
**Position**: Safety Officer
**Joining**: Immediate

**Required Qualification**: ADIS, PDIS, B.Tech, or Diploma (any one)
**Experience**: Minimum 2.5 to 3 years in a relevant safety role

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and policies at the project site
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers
- Monitor site activities to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective actions
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation as per company and client standards
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory safety requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to promote a safety-first culture
- Investigate incidents or near misses and prepare reports with corrective action plans
- Conduct safety training programs for new and existing workers
- Ensure use of proper PPE and safe practices at all times on site

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
