**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected **Sales Representative** based in Delhi to spearhead sales efforts across the hospitality, construction, and interior design and Retail sectors, luxury apartments. This role is ideal for someone who already has strong networks within procurement teams, construction companies, architecture and design studios, and hotel developers.

With an **uncapped bonus structure**, your earnings will directly reflect the business you generate. This is a role for someone ready to drive results, build strong commercial relationships, and help shape the future of hospitality projects across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**: Identify, approach, and convert new leads within hotel groups, fit-out contractors, procurement companies, real estate developers, and interior designers.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through regular meetings, presentations, and solution-based engagement.
- **Project Pipeline Ownership**: Track and manage multiple project timelines, tender invitations, RFPs, and proposal submissions.
- **Market Intelligence**: Keep ahead of new project announcements, tender opportunities, and developer pipelines across Delhi and surrounding areas.
- **Networking**: Leverage your existing relationships to open doors and arrange high-value meetings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with SKS’s product, design, and logistics teams in Malaysia to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in FF&E, interiors, construction, or hospitality sectors within India, ideally Delhi or Mumbai.
- **A strong, proven network** of contacts in procurement, construction, architecture, and hotel development.
- Ability to work independently an drive business without heavy oversight.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
- Driving license preferred.
