**Role Specifics - Day in the Life**

**1. Create & manage Content Strategy for CashKaro’s YouTube channel**
- Position CashKaro’s YouTube content as the go-to channel for everything related to shopping online and saving. This should lead to bringing awareness towards CashKaro as a brand and position it as the go-to platform for online shopping- Check information available from various tools and ensure that the suggestions are implemented to enhance the number of organic keywords and to get better ranking for these targeted keywords.- Enhance organic visits to CashKaro’s website cater to app downloads**2. Implement Content Strategy with Marketing Thinking**
- Conceptualise, oversee, and manage the overall YouTube video requirements across the company basis marketing objectives. From initial pitch to post, steer the thinking for the brand through YouTube as digital communication channel

**3. Influencer & Celebrity Marketing**
- Research and identify social media talent- Outreach to recruit influencer partners- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns- Should have excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration skills and negotiation skills- Communicating with agencies and/or influencers/celebrities directly for the influencer mandates and maintain good relationships**4. Innovation**
- Help the brand evolve in its visual identity over the years, keeping in mind the mission & vision of the company. Constantly bring new ideas to the table that will help achieve brand & performance objectives. Bring new ways and formats of videos that will put CashKaro on a pedestal of great content on YouTube amongst the Indian audience.

**Must have skills**

**1. Have a deep understanding and the pulse of YouTube Content**
- You love entertainment and consume ridiculous amounts of content- Very high awareness of pop-culture both on and off digital, and also remain aware of the broader zeitgeist- Have a strong understanding of the entertainment & e-commerce industry, content creator landscape and functioning of Digital Platforms, E-commerce platforms and Social media- Should be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments in branded content**2. Understand YouTube as a platform and its algorithm to optimize content**
- Should have an understanding of marketing, social and media analytics to shape & optimize content based on performance and learnings- Advanced knowledge of the fundamentals of the search engine industry, including but not limited to: crawlers, relevance ranking criteria, keyword research, competitive analysis, content management systems and performance scorecards, search algorithms and current SEO trends- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations by evaluating YouTube content from similar channels- Create thumbnails, titles, descriptions to increase ranking & reach of CashKaro’s YouTube videos asis SEO analysis- Manage / Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities- Manage / Perform competition analysis to enhance rankings and organic traffic**3. Be able to conceptualise, develop & implement creative ideas**
- Confident in developing and executing disruptive ideas for the brand- Should be adept at creative writing/ copywriting / and content strategy- Creativity, attention to detail, adaptability and marketing knowledge are required- Ability to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneously- Understanding of all the stages of video content development - (Concept development, production, Influencer concept finalization, shoot, post-production)- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to create something great and function independently if needed**4. Influencer & Celebrity Marketing for Brand Campaigns**
- Working on growth campaigns with influencers and creators- Ability to shortlist the right face for the brand keeping in mind the objective of particular campaigns- Resourceful and nimble thinking without dependence on big budgets or stacked staffing for projects- Be part of brainstorming sessions with campaign and strategy team, maintaining creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives**Why Join Us**:
