- Operate and control surveillance equipment, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and provide detailed reports as necessary.
- Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies when required.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly; report any malfunctions promptly.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all surveillance data and adhere to data protection regulations.
