Certification Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and schedule certification tasks for assigned departments.
- Review and compile product certification packs in accordance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, suppliers, QA, and third parties to ensure complete and compliant documentation.
- Perform final product release by verifying compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Upload and share documentation via customer portals or other specified formats.
- Address and resolve documentation issues, raising CAPAs/NCRs when necessary.
- Liaise with third-party inspectors to coordinate certifications and ensure efficient site visits.
- Archive records and support audit processes as per company policies.
- Actively contribute to process improvements within the certification team.
- Support cross-functional teams and undertake additional tasks as required.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Proven ability to interpret technical specifications and certification requirements.
- Experience in quality assurance, document control, or similar technical documentation roles.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and product compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Professional communication skills - written and verbal.
- Competency in using documentation systems and tools.
- Prior experience in liaising with third-party inspectors and external customers.
**Preferred Qualifications and Attributes**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 02 years of working experience in a similar certification, quality assurance, or documentation coordination role
- Technical or engineering background is advantageous.
- Familiarity with QA processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
