Analytics Solutions Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The core analytics team will be responsible for both delivering analytics insights to business problems and driving the adoption of analytics culture and best practice.This role is instrumental in helping external clients understand promoters of performance in their portfolios and internally measure the effectiveness of PAG’s products and strategies.

As an "Analytics Solutions Associate" within our "Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG)", you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm. The PAG is responsible for performance measurement and portfolio analytics for external clients and serves as a value-added source of independent analysis and thought leadership for internal clients including portfolio managers, front office advisors, sales & marketing, and senior management.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Automate new and existing processes using data transformation tools like Alteryx and SQL.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Alteryx workflows, and deploy them to the Alteryx Server.
- Create and improve analytics dashboards in Tableau/Qlik, and manage their deployment to the firm-wide server.
- Support the development of the Data Analytics framework by collaborating with business partners to identify requirements, integrate new datasets, support new users, and train team members.
- Drive teams towards achieving delivery milestones by understanding and mitigating risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure governance by tracking and managing work streams, agreeing on and measuring KPIs, prioritizing deliverables, addressing risks, and ensuring successful deliveries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners, including senior leaders in Business, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions across business lines

**Required qualifications, skills and capabilities**:

- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with significant work experience with minimum 8 years experience in program management, particularly in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or related fields.
- Proficient in data transformation and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and QlikView/QlikSense, with advanced data mining skills using SQL, SAS, Python, or similar tools.
- Extensive experience in delivering projects across multiple streams with varying timelines and complexities, demonstrating the ability to manage tight delivery schedules and drive strategic change.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to senior audiences, with a deep understanding of technological development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.

**Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities**:

- Skilled in programming and data analysis languages such as SQL, R, Python, and regex, with experience using GIT and JIRA for version control and project management.
- Experienced with database and big data technologies, including MS SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop, and other related platforms
