Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor

**Position**: Warehouse Supervisor
**Location**:
**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years (in Warehouse / Logistics / Distribution Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including **receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch** of goods.
- Effectively manage and monitor **labor workforce**, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate with **transport vendors and drivers** for timely loading, unloading, and dispatch of goods.
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock management.
- Ensure goods are handled, stored, and dispatched safely and in compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with management.
- Maintain warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
- Resolve issues related to transport, manpower, and goods handling to avoid operational delays.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of **warehouse operations, labor management, and transportation coordination**.
- Good leadership and team-handling skills.
- Ability to resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a **Warehouse Supervisor** in logistics, warehouse, or distribution industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,800.00 - ₹23,700.00 per month
