**Position**:

- Manpower Supervisor - Male Only

**Salary Range
- **20 to 25 K

**Location**:

- Chakan, Pune
- 1. Setting Up and Establishing Operations
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recruitment, onboarding, training, and deployment of manpower.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax obligations, and obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
- Establish client relationships and partnerships, understanding their specific manpower needs.

2. Workforce Recruitment and Training
- Coordinate recruitment efforts to source skilled labor that meets company and client requirements.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure workers understand roles, policies, and expectations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance workforce skills, safety awareness, and compliance.
- Conduct skill assessments to match workers to suitable client roles.

3. Deployment and Workforce Management
- Organize schedules and placements to meet project timelines and client specifications.
- Allocate resources, including tools and safety equipment, for effective deployment at client sites.
- Supervise on-site workers, monitoring productivity, adherence to standards, and addressing issues promptly.

4. Client Relationship Management
- Actively engage with clients to understand and anticipate manpower requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage client feedback to refine processes and improve service delivery.

5. Reporting and Documentation
- Keep detailed records of deployment, attendance, and performance for each worker.
- Provide daily or weekly reports to management and clients on workforce performance and project progress.
- Document compliance with safety regulations, training records, and incident reports.

6. Continuous Improvement and Stabilization

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
