Manage the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to submission and post-bid follow-up. Research and identify tender opportunities in the electrical industry, including government tenders, corporate contracts, and public sector projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and finance teams, to gather required information and documentation for tender submissions. Prepare and review tender documents, including proposals, bids, quotations, and pricing schedules, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. Monitor tender portals and other sources for new opportunities and updates, ensuring timely response to invitations and inquiries. Analyze competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive bidding strategies and maximize win rates. Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and client communications for future reference and analysis. Participate in tender review meetings, provide insights and recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Awareness of government portal for online billing
- Tender serach on GEM /State portal /Central Portal /Official Website of Departments - Knowledge of submission of tender - Create link for tender participation on GeM- Knowledge of link birds, Custom birds, of BOQ birds for participation on GeM- Maintain Products on GeM - Knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Powerpoint, Drafts letters on mail
- Data Maintain for upcoming tenders or Quoted tender

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
