Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Design and Implementation**: Develop and implement security architectures, policies, and procedures for network security.
- **Risk Assessment**: Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- **Monitoring and Response**: Establish and manage network security monitoring systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with IT teams to integrate security solutions into existing systems and processes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network security policies, procedures, and architecture.
- **Training**: Provide training and awareness programs to staff on best practices in network security.
- **Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats to continually enhance security measures.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in network security or related roles, with at least 2 years in an architectural capacity.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and architectures (LAN/WAN).
- Experience with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners).
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
