Meet prospective customers in segments of Repair and maintenance such as, steel plants, cement plants, colleries, mines, Power plants etc. - Maintenance in Large and medium organisations
- Identify new products (based on explicit and implicit customer feedback)
- To interact with internal R&D and production functions to create new products
- To meet Plant maintenance Managers/ Heads and to understand their (client) requirements
- Responsible for new business development through networking, prospecting, lead generation and lead follow-up
- Must be able to plan and device methods for selling
- Research and report marketplace and competitive information for sales strategy planning
- Identify dealers and distributors in MRO segments who are associated in selling MRO products to plants
- Identify service MRO partners
- Analyse customer’s problems and issues to identify best technical solution(s)
- Possess excellent sales skills including rapport building, questioning, negotiation, and follow up
- Promote and sell company products, systems, and services to existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new sales prospects, existing customers, and internal support personnel
- Coordinates with Customer Service Representatives and Service Centre management to keep account activities updated
- Establish a strong network of Dealers and Distributors
- Prepare Sales Forecast and meet Sales targets and collections
- Successfully achieve annual, quarterly and months sales targets

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
