Job Title: Social Media Intern

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Duration: 3 months

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Assist in the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.

2. Social Media Management:

- Monitor and manage social media accounts to ensure consistent and timely engagement with our audience.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for engagement.

3. Campaign Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution of social media campaigns.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Research and Trends:

- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Conduct research on relevant topics and hashtags to enhance our social media presence.

5. Photography and Graphic Design:

- Capture and edit photos for use on social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Photography and graphic design skills are a plus.
