Get daily work plan from the "Supervisor/ Facility Manager" and Plan the activities in respective work stations and coordination with AL Quality / Production Executives for Inspection Process.
- Plan the day to day activities and ensure to follow SOPs in all processes.
- Adhere to follow safety standard and ensure "Zero" Injury / Incident / Accident in day to day operations
- Assist IMPACT Team / Quality Team to implement the process Improvements / Cost saving plan.
- Ensure all the check points are inspected as per AL check sheets in timely within respective Quality Gates / Work Stations and share if required any check point amendment for defect control process.
- All Defect data must be updated in AL System by VIN / Cabin Number wise at end of the shift in respective work station.
- Provide shift wise Hourly report (Plan Vs. Actual) with defect count and Re-Inspection status
- Ensure that the Customer Delivery Performance KPI and Quality Performance KPIs are met on a day to day basis.
- If found any deviation in the Process / Operations then immediately inform to the Supervisor/ Facility Manager.
- Assist the Shift In charges / Quality Engineer / Facility Manager to maintaining 5S / WoW / ensuring compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental standard of our entire Operations.
- Monitor and handle properly the Customer and LASA properties and ensure on day to day operations of the facility.
- Ensure 100% attendance as per working plan and avoid uninformed Leave / Absent / Permission / Late coming
- Ensure that all the operations in the shop floor meet with the safety norms. Deviations to be reported immediately to the Shift In charge / Quality Engineer / Facility Manager.
- Participate Daily Shift Meeting / Weekly Operator Meeting / Kaizen Meeting along with team members to Promote teaming and collaboration, sharing of knowledge, sharing of defect flow, suggestions on defect control to achieve "Zero defect flow" from each Quality Gate, efficiency improvement and other LASA Values.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
