The Cloud Foundational Product is now looking for a FinOps Digital Product Owner
In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Cloud within Foundational Products. The Cloud team has the responsibility for driving the development of the Cloud product portfolio by identifying and prioritizing requirements and working closely with Infrastructure & Onsite Services who oversees the technical development. This team is also in charge of the Cloud adoption across the Digital & IT community.

As a Digital Product Owner for our FinOps practice, your mission will be to
1. Establish and sustain the FinOps practice at Volvo Group.

2. Create awareness about FinOps and foster a cost-conscious culture
You will interact with your Digital Product Owners pairs and management stakeholders across the Volvo Group Digital & IT community to educate them about cloud costs, FinOps principles, and their role in optimizing spending.
You will focus on the Azure Cloud Environment Platform which is our major cloud platform at Volvo Group. This position is then a golden opportunity to play a strategic role in optimizing the added value of Volvo Group cloud journey.

**Who are you?**
We are looking for a driven Product Owner with a great mix of technical and leadership skills and we believe you are either an experienced Product Owner/Team lead with a strong interest in cloud, or perhaps you are an Azure Cloud architect with experience building and maintaining Cloud platforms - with a drive to shift path towards product.

To be successful in this position we believe you have:

- A university degree or equivalent
- At least 8-10 years of experience from being involved in IT initiatives ideally in a leading position
- Experience of working with Cloud based technologies / deliveries
- Understanding of Azure cloud pricing models.
- Experience working with FinOps and/or IT Architecture
- Experience with Data Analytics
- A truly Agile mindset with the ability to inspire and bring people together
- Good communication and coordination skills
- You are comfortable managing stakeholders on both executive and operational levels.
- You are a proactive problem solver with innovative thinking and a strong team player
- You have experience working in a global context and communicate fluently in English

**Your main responsibilities**
- Lead overall product development including setup of product strategy, masterplan/roadmap
- Develop epics and user stories based on joint understanding of user personas and stories
- Communicate business priorities to product team, collects their view and drives efficient development
- Define scope and timing of product features for team members (including definition of acceptance criteria)
- Manage product backlog (clearly prioritize ideas, ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all)
- Define and execute communication strategy toward stakeholders to support FinOps objectives
