- Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and provide personalized feedback
- Develop and update training materials in line with exam requirements
- Maintain records of student performance and attendance
- Provide guidance and motivation to students to improve their skills
- Stay up to date with the latest exam patterns and requirements
- Participate in faculty meetings and training workshops

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IELTS and/or OET training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with current exam formats and evaluation criteria
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills
- Ability to tailor instruction to suit individual learning styles
- Certification in IELTS/OET training (preferred but not mandatory)
