A Junior Architect assists in the design, development, and coordination of architectural projects under the guidance and supervision of senior architects or project managers. They contribute to the creation of innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for residential, commercial, or institutional buildings. The Junior Architect collaborates with a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design Development: Collaborate with the project team to develop architectural designs, including conceptual sketches, 2D/3D drawings, and models. Assist in creating and modifying architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Research and Analysis: Conduct research on building codes, regulations, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with local, state, and national requirements. Analyze site conditions, including topography, climate, and surroundings, to inform design decisions.

Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Attend project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

Building Systems Integration: Collaborate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other building systems into the architectural design. Ensure that all systems are properly coordinated and meet project requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Ability to create and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is desirable.
- Prior internship or work experience in an architectural firm is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
