A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure that all leads are approached / called on or before specified Time Period for becoming distributor / Individual Financial Advisors (IFA) for Mutual Fund business.
- Explaining Mutual Fund Business opportunities and earnings to interested leads.
- Achieve monthly target for recruitment of advisors. B. SECONDARY ROLE
- Prepare MIS as per the instructions of superior C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- More than 2 Years of Experience in Sales if Graduate
- MBA Fresher is suitable

D. SKILLS REQUIRED
- Financial Product and sales knowledge are preferable
- Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written
- A Positive and go getter attitude & strong team culture
- Entrepreneurial drive, passion and enthusiasm

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
