**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Graphic Designer** with advanced expertise in **Adobe Creative Suite** and other industry-leading design software. This role requires a strong understanding of **visual storytelling, motion graphics, and video production** to create compelling multimedia content for digital and print platforms.

As part of our creative team, you will design high-quality visuals, develop branding materials, and produce engaging **motion graphics and video content** to enhance marketing efforts and brand identity. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **visually engaging graphics** for marketing campaigns, branding, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Create **motion graphics, animations, and video content** for various digital platforms, including social media, advertisements, and presentations.
- Edit and enhance video footage, incorporating **effects, typography, transitions, and audio elements** to produce high-quality content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute **campaign visuals and brand assets**.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain **visual consistency** across all platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, software advancements, and **best practices in graphic design and motion graphics**.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a **fast-paced environment**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong skills in **motion graphics, video editing, and animation**.
- Experience with **3D design software** (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Ability to **conceptualize and execute creative ideas** from scratch.
- Strong **attention to detail** and an eye for composition, typography, and color.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum **3+ years** of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
- A **strong portfolio** showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing work.

Pay: ₹9,645.41 - ₹32,460.34 per month
