Front Desk Executive

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and parents. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling admission inquiries, and providing guidance to students regarding courses and enrollment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional manner.
- Handle admission inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Maintain student records and ensure proper documentation for admissions.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with faculty and counselors.
- Handle administrative tasks like maintaining attendance records, filing, and office organization.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and student engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Experience in educational institutes or admission counseling is a plus.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- Competitive salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
