Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineer to join our Technical Sales team. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to become a skilled technical sales professional capable of effectively presenting our products and solutions to clients. You will work closely with senior members of the sales team to learn the intricacies of our products, industry, and client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a technical background who are interested in a career in sales and business development.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Knowledge**: Learn and understand the technical specifications, features, and benefits of our products and solutions.

**Client Interaction**: Assist senior sales representatives in engaging with clients, conducting product presentations, and addressing technical queries.

**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

**Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

**Learning and Development**: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your technical and sales skills.

**Sales Strategy**: Contribute ideas and insights to the sales team's strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

**Travel**: As needed, travel to client sites or industry events to support sales activities and gather market intelligence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in [Engineering discipline related to the industry, e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, etc.].
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn about technical products and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
