**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the daily operations of the CEO’s office floor, including coordinating meetings, greeting visitors, and overseeing office staff.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing environment in line with professional standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive company information.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Manage logistics for high-level meetings, including scheduling, room setup, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Adhere to and promote a formal professional dress code, with a focus on Western business attire.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with senior executives, clients, and visitors.
- Well-groomed and polished appearance, maintaining a high standard of personal presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
**Additional Attributes**:
- Height: 5.2 and above.
- Prior experience in a corporate setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance throughout the workday.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
