**Key Responsibilities**:

- **International Calling**:

- Conduct international calls to connect with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow up on key conversations, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Build relationships through effective and clear communication.
- **Client Coordination and Support**:

- Assist project managers in coordinating with clients to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain client communication and document meeting notes for project progress tracking.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support project planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of progress and milestones.
- Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and updates for internal and client meetings.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to project managers, such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing project timelines.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks related to project operations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in project coordination, marketing, or client communication is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and solve problems proactively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
