**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile.
- Write professional proposals and cover letters tailored to client requirements.
- Identify relevant projects and submit winning bids.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project needs.
- Negotiate pricing and project terms with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working on **Upwork** (minimum 3 -4 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **freelancing platforms, bidding techniques, and client acquisition**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and draft customized proposals.
- Knowledge of **project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira)** is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with **digital marketing, web development, or IT services** is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Upwork Expert: 3 years (preferred)
- Bidding: 2 years (preferred)

**Location**:

- Kolkata, West Bengal (preferred)

Work Location: In person
